Man trapped under van in Strathfield incident

Description
A man was struck by a van on Cooper Street in Strathfield around 1am and became trapped underneath the vehicle in a serious condition. Emergency rescue crews used specialist tools for approximately 30 minutes to free the trapped pedestrian. The van driver underwent breath testing and returned a negative result.
