A Qantas flight QF7 travelling from Sydney to Dallas was forced to return to Sydney after a passenger suffered a medical emergency four hours into the journey. The aircraft dumped fuel over the ocean and initially considered landing in Fiji before ultimately diverting back to Sydney, where the passenger received medical treatment and the flight was rescheduled.
