For IBS Awareness Month I'm sharing mini daily podcasts about common foods and how they affect IBS or SIBO. I want to help you expand your diet, and understand more how foods affect your digestion.
Despite being a bean, edamame (or soy beans) are not high FODMAP in a normal portion of 80g (1/2 a cup). The fibre is helpful for high cholesterol levels and can support healthy hormones.
