The battle is over, but the true nightmare has just begun. The Planar Detective Agency stands victorious but their success feels hollow. A "profound sense of loss" haunts Lex, Suri, and Jewel—a void in their memories where their friend, Edgious Bones Jones, once stood before sacrificing his soul and his very history to erase their enemy from existence. As the party discovers a journal containing a dark ritual to the void, they are pulled into a cosmic vision of the Elder Gods where they learn the true identity of 'The Closer'.
