Pb: No início do outono, a cidade estava em ritmo de eleição.
En: At the beginning of autumn, the city was in election mode.

Pb: O local de votação, no ginásio da escola municipal, estava movimentado.
En: The voting location, at the municipal school gymnasium, was bustling.

Pb: Cartazes coloridos e placas informativas adornavam as paredes, enquanto os mesários orientavam os eleitores.
En: Colorful posters and informational signs adorned the walls, while the election officials guided the voters.

Pb: No meio desse cenário, estava Luiz, um homem de bom coração, mas com uma tendência para esquecer as coisas.
