Lt: Prieš pat Velykas, mažame, jaukiame Lietuvos kaimelyje visi ruošėsi dalyvauti rinkimuose.
En: Just before Easter, in a small, cozy village in Lietuva, everyone was preparing to participate in the elections.
Lt: Balsavimo vieta buvo nedidelė mokykla, dekoruota spalvingais Velykų kiaušiniais ir žaliuojančiais beržais.
En: The polling place was a small school, decorated with colorful Easter eggs and green birch trees.
Lt: Rinkimų komisijos nariai džiaugėsi gražia diena ir artėjančia švente.
En: The election commission members were enjoying the beautiful day and the upcoming holiday.
Lt: O oras buvo prisotintas šviežių kepinių kvapo, nes Eimantas, garsus kaimelio kepėjas, pažadėjo atnešti savo garsiųjų cinamono bandelių.

En: At the last moment, placing the box on a small table in the booth, he realized his mistake.

En: As soon as a few of them made jokes about "a new candidate," laughter and smiles broke out in the line.
Lt: Rūta, atsakinga ir darbšti rinkimų darbuotoja, girdėjo šurmulį, bet buvo užsiėmusi balsų skaičiavimu.
En: Rūta, a responsible and diligent election worker, heard the commotion but was busy counting votes.
Lt: Tuo tarpu, Dovydas, vietinis pokštininkas, nutarė pasinaudoti situacija ir prabilo: „Ar šis kandidatas turi ką paskleisti?
En: Meanwhile, Dovydas, the local joker, decided to take advantage of the situation and said: "Does this candidate have anything to reveal?
