The time is now 11:01 PM in New York, I'm Noa Levi and this is the latest Israel Today: Ongoing War Report.

In Direct Israel-Iran Clashes, sirens sounded across Israel Friday night as missiles fell in central and southern parts of the country, with authorities reporting no casualties there. Israel Police said shrapnel struck an industrial site in the Negev, and Israeli media reported no hazardous leaks. A man was slightly injured by shrapnel in Bnei Brak, while fragments from an Iranian missile, believed to be a cluster munition, fell in Petah Tikva and Rosh HaAyin. Magen David Adom and the IDF said their teams were en route to reported falls in central Israel, and the military urged the public to avoid areas with debris. The Rosh HaAyin incident caused a power outage after a fragment struck a power line; officials said electricity was expected to resume around 5:00 AM. Explosions reported in the Damascus outskirts were linked to an Israeli interception of Iranian missiles, according to Syrian State TV. Earlier, Hezbollah fired roughly 15 rockets toward Haifa, Nahariya and the Galilee, with no casualties reported.

In Iranian Retaliation, there is a contested exchange of claims between Washington and Tehran. Iranian state media and Tasnim quoted Iran’s military public relations as saying air defenses intercepted and struck an American A-10 Thunderbolt II near the Strait of Hormuz, calling it the second successful strike on a US aircraft within 24 hours. US outlets cited unnamed officials saying the sole pilot on the downed aircraft was safely rescued, with exact location and circumstances not disclosed, and DoD did not immediately respond. Separately, US intelligence assessments described Iranian operatives digging out underground missile bunkers and silos damaged by past strikes and restoring them to operation, with the IRGC retaining a sizeable stock of cruise and ballistic missiles as well as mobile launchers. A US CH-47F Chinook helicopter in Camp Buehring, Kuwait, reportedly suffered significant cockpit and front-rotor damage in an Iranian one-way drone attack in recent days. In Riyadh, an Iranian one-way drone attack last month on the US Embassy notably penetrated a secure area and heavily damaged three floors as well as a CIA station, with additional drones intercepted that night.

In US Military Role, reports say US special forces have entered Iran in an effort to locate a missing service member after an aircraft was brought down by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The Telegraph cited a night of heightened activity and multiple incidents linked to Iran. Images from Kuwait also showed a US Army CH-47 Chinook helicopter reportedly struck yesterday.

In Regional Impacts, Dubai said no fires or injuries after debris landed on a building in the Marina following an aerial interception, while Bahrain’s Interior Ministry reported debris from intercepted Iranian drones damaged several houses in Sitra and four people were minorly injured. Earlier, Syrian state TV reported explosions across Damascus and surrounding areas that were later attributed to Israeli interceptions of Iranian ballistic missiles. In Abu Dhabi, Habshan gas facilities suffered damage after debris from an intercepted attack fell during the event, killing one Egyptian citizen who died during evacuation and injuring four others. This is a developing story. Separately, Australians were urged to keep Easter travel plans amid fuel shortages caused by the ongoing Iran conflict, with government officials noting large fuel stocks but ongoing pressure on diesel and petrol.

In the Conflict with Iran and its Regional Proxies, a group of Hezbollah terrorists attacked a Lebanese Army patrol in Ain El Rammaneh, a Christian neighborhood in Beirut, hurling insults
