18.4 wow rough day. This day was quite a challenge for me. A lot of changes. A lot of things affecting my routine. I pulled through as much as possible without having to burn out (spoiler, the next day was way better). I am getting better at identifying which days are hard and what led to them being more challenging than expected. Different patterns. Some barriers have not yet changed.
