We all buffer! Buffering though, causes us to block God, as we turn to other sources for peace and comfort in our lives. This episode looks at our buffers, with gentleness and compassion. But also teaches tools to help overcome those times we want to buffer, so that we can fully feel our emotions and progress in life. So that we can better hear God and use the atonement daily.
