General Hospital spoilers reveal the true identity of Nathan as his twin brother, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey). The character was previously thought to be Nathan West but, as confirmed by the General Hospital writers, it was Cassius all along. The episode featured several significant revelations about Cassius, including his connection to villains Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
GH spoilers suggest Cassius was not only working for them but also masterminded the idea of taking over his twin brother's life.
