An e-bike rider in Warrnambool, Victoria failed to give way at a T-intersection and crashed into a car, with dash cam footage capturing the collision. The rider was thrown off the car bonnet and skidded along the road before fleeing the scene. Police are searching for the rider, described as Caucasian, approximately 160 centimetres tall with a medium build and black hair.
