Cy: Ym mhen draw swyddfa anferth, gyda’r golau fflworoleuol yn diferu dros ddesgiau llwydion a phlanhigion mewn potiau, roedd Gethin yn syllu ar y sgrin ei gyfrifiadur.
En: At the far end of the enormous office, with the fluorescent light dripping over gray desks and potted plants, Gethin was staring at his computer screen.
Cy: Roeddem yn y gwanwyn, a’r tywydd tu allan yn brysur bywiogi’r dyddiau.
En: It was spring, and the weather outside was busily enlivening the days.
Cy: Ond er gwaethaf y cyffro naturiol, roedd Gethin yn teimlo’n llethu gan ddiffyg cyffro ei swyddfa.
En: But despite the natural excitement, Gethin felt overwhelmed by the lack of excitement in his office.
