General Hospital spoilers for April 06-10, 2026 expect intense drama as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) takes a huge risk and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) finds herself in a tight spot. Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) grows impatient with Nina, pressuring her to decide which daughter to protect, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) or Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke). Meanwhile, Ulrich Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has some new instructions for Cassius Faison (Anders Hove), who's been masquerading as Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
GH spoilers suggest Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) start piecing together the puzzle, suspecting that Colm (Andrew Hawkes) was behind the stabbing of Marco (Adrian Anchondo). As Lucas laments the futility of saving Marco, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) grows suspicious of Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), who hints at Sidwell’s son's murder changing everything. Willow comes to a shocking realization about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
