Gowanda may have been the hardest hit town as heavy rains, wind and hail slammed Western New York Tuesday. Gowanda Fire Chief Steve Raiport says it looked like "a drive-by shooting" hit homes and cars. He joined WBEN to describe the scene as the storm hit.
