Leng Ng Tai talks about his ongoing efforts to document the stories of ex-engineering apprentices like him for the Founders’ Memorial as well as those of other older Singaporeans who contributed to the development of Singapore. And along with other members of the Old Engineering Apprentices Association, he is mentoring engineering students from the Singapore Polytechnic.
