Gone are the days of 20-somethings living the share house dream, because most of them are still living at home. The growing cohort of renters are young families, elder Australians moving in share housing, and individuals who are designing unique living situations to assist with the cost of living. We bust the myth of the renter stereotype, and look at ways we can improve the rental market to cater for these growing demographics.
