Romay Nichols is the founder of In.Spire Somatics and a somatic practitioner specializing in nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and resilience under pressure. With a background as a former pastor and leader, she brings a practical, no-nonsense approach that integrates neuroscience, somatic therapy, and lived experience.
