This 6 minute meditation for emotional release helps you gently let go of stress, past experiences, and internal pressure—one breath at a time. Through calming breathwork and guided visualization, you’ll create space in your body and mind, soften emotional tension, and begin to feel lighter and more at ease.
This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or weighed down
• Holding onto stress, worry, or past experiences
• Noticing tension in your body or tightness in your chest or shoulders
• Looking for a short mindfulness break for emotional release
• Wanting to feel calmer, lighter, and more at peace
You don’t have to release everything at once.
Even a small shift can create meaningful relief.
