This 5 minute meditation for emotional healing offers a gentle place to slow down, breathe, and tend to the parts of you that feel hurt, tender, or overwhelmed. Through calming breath and compassionate awareness, you’ll begin to soften around emotional pain without forcing it away—allowing healing to unfold naturally, one breath at a time.
This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Processing emotional pain or past experiences
• Feeling overwhelmed, sensitive, or heavy
• Healing from heartbreak, loss, or difficult memories
• Looking for a safe, calming space to feel and release
• Wanting to reconnect with self-compassion and inner peace
You don’t have to fix everything right now.
Healing begins when you allow yourself to feel… gently and without judgment.
