This 5 minute meditation for letting go helps you gently release what you no longer need to carry—without force, pressure, or judgment. Through calming breath and visualization, you’ll create space in your mind and body, allowing tension to soften and a sense of lightness to return.
This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Letting go of stress, resentment, or emotional pain
• Moving through a breakup, disappointment, or transition
• Struggling to release the past
• Feeling mentally or emotionally overwhelmed
• Looking for a calming reset
You don’t have to carry everything forward.
You are allowed to put things down.
