4 Minute Meditation to Give Yourself Permission to Rest

4 Minute Meditation to Give Yourself Permission to Rest

Season 1 Episode 8 Published 2 months, 2 weeks ago
Description
When your mind tells you to keep going—even when you’re tired—it can be difficult to slow down without feeling guilt or pressure.

This 4 minute meditation for rest and burnout is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to earn the right to pause. Through calming breath and soft awareness, this practice helps you release the pressure to be productive and reconnect with a sense of ease, presence, and self-permission.

This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Feeling overwhelmed or mentally exhausted
• Struggling to rest without guilt
• Caught in a cycle of constant productivity
• Needing a short break to reset your mind
• Looking for a moment of calm during a busy day

You don’t have to finish everything right now.
You don’t have to keep pushing through.
Sometimes the most important thing you can do is pause.

Namaste.
