General Hospital spoilers show that when Britt Westbourne, played by Kelly Thiebaud, mentioned that her father Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) had four children. Fans were only aware of three: Britt herself, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), and Peter August (Wes Ramsey). 

GH spoilers reveal that this revelation sparked speculation about who the mystery fourth child might be. One possibility is an identical twin of Nathan. Another is the WSB director Ross Cullum, who might be Faison's firstborn. Lastly, a source suggested the fourth child could be one Faison had with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), but this is unconfirmed. 

General Hospital spoilers indicate that other characters like Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Pascal (Marc Forget) were also mentioned, but their link to Faison seems less likely.
