Description
[verse 1] Shabbat Shalom, let us take heed, unto the days ahead; the hearts of men will fail them for, the coming fear and dread. Shabbat Shalom, the prophecies, spoke in the days of old; warned us of the times to come, of evil, dark and cold. [chorus] Shalom! Shalom! O brethren hear, and heed the sovereign call; to know His voice and hearken to, His words of wise recall. Shalom! Shalom! Let none be faint, be diligent, be strong; be faithful, prayerful, joyful so, for we to Him belong. [verse 2] Shabbat Shalom, let laughter be, turned into somber heart; for many will be void of love, and from the faith depart. Shabbat Shalom, our eyes will see, those days upon the Earth; of when the tribulations come, of darkness, death and dearth. [verse 3] Shabbat Shalom, our fellowship, of love and one accord; must be strong, enduring and, be humble with our Lord. Shabbat Shalom, encouraging, each other to be sure; of our faith, our hope and peace, of these we must adjure. [verse 4] Shabbat Shalom, be not deceived, let not your hearts be hard; flee from the worldliness and lusts, your souls from evil guard. Shabbat Shalom, the world will see, and know just where you stand; So do not walk in faithless fear, but guided by His hand. Shabbat Shalom, Amen! Shabbat Shalom, Amen! Shabbat Shalom, Amen! Shabbat Shalom, Amen!
