In this Extra Shot, Cody asks a harder version of the question raised in The Blueprint We Never Questioned: What is my faith actually resting on?
Sometimes we lean on trusted people until their failure shakes more than our confidence. Sometimes we lean on outcomes, quietly assuming that if we work hard, obey God, and make wise choices, life should turn out a certain way.
Scripture points us somewhere more stable.
Jesus says storms expose foundations. Job trusted God when the life he knew collapsed. And Paul reminds us that the only foundation strong enough to carry the full weight of our faith is Jesus Christ.
The shaking does not create the foundation.
It reveals it.
