4 Minute Meditation to Clear Your Mind and Stop Overthinking
Season 1
Episode 3
Published 2 months, 2 weeks ago
Description
When your mind feels crowded with thoughts, it can be difficult to focus, relax, or feel at ease.
This 4 minute meditation to clear your mind helps you release mental clutter, quiet overthinking, and create space for calm and clarity. Through gentle breathing and awareness, you’ll soften internal noise and allow your thoughts to settle—without needing to control or organize them.
This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Overthinking or mentally overwhelmed
• Struggling to focus or find clarity
• Feeling stressed or mentally cluttered
• Looking for a short mindfulness reset
• Wanting to feel calmer and more clear
You don’t have to solve every thought.
Sometimes clarity comes when you allow space instead.
Namaste.
