Incumbent supervisor Lisa Jackson, a care manager and social worker, has represented the Middleton area on the Dane County Board since 2024. Now running for her second term, she faces one opponent this spring in Mitch Herl. District 26 voters will choose their next supervisor on April 7th. Jackson told WORT News Producer Faye Parks that she’s focused on expanding housing options in the county – and there’s still a lot of work ahead to make sure that folks at every income level can find a home.
