This 4 minute meditation for calming restlessness helps you slow down, ground your energy, and gently return to a sense of calm. Through steady breathing and mindful awareness, you’ll learn to work with restless energy instead of fighting it—allowing it to soften and settle naturally.
This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Feeling restless, anxious, or unsettled
• Struggling to sit still or relax
• Experiencing racing thoughts or mental noise
• Looking for a short grounding meditation
• Needing a quick reset during the day
You don’t need to force stillness.
Calm returns when you give your energy a place to land.
