This 4 minute sleep meditation for falling asleep fast helps you release the day, calm racing thoughts, and gently guide your body into a state of deep relaxation. Through soothing breath and calming imagery, you’ll soften tension, quiet your mind, and prepare your body for restful sleep—without forcing anything.
This meditation is especially helpful if you are:
• Struggling to fall asleep
• Dealing with racing thoughts at night
• Feeling stressed or restless before bed
• Looking for a short bedtime meditation
• Wanting to relax your body and mind for sleep
You don’t need to try harder to sleep.
You only need to soften, breathe, and allow rest to find you.
