Active middle-aged women halve early death risk
Published 3 weeks, 6 days ago
Description
Australian researchers tracked more than 11,000 women over 23 years and discovered that middle-aged women who engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week can halve their risk of early death. The long-term study found these active women were significantly less likely to pass away before reaching their mid-70s compared to those who remained inactive.
