It's not about ignoring your emotional state. That would be terrible advice. It's about honoring your feminine. Trusting the feminine ways of energy and emotions and vibration and intuition. And no longer being willing to perform "efforting" for hypermasculine individuals who'll never get it. 

The people who believe that suffering is the only meaningful route to success are going to resent you. They're going to undermine, ridicule, and be wildly jealous of you. And your best bet is to not give a f*ck. 

Let it be easy. Let it continue to get easier. Let them hate. Let them miss out on the benefits of being in your world. And keep rising up.
