General Hospital spoilers for March 30 - April 03, 2026 reveals Lucas (Ryan Carnes) is left devastated and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is filled with fear. The intense week begins with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) operating on Marco (Adrian Anchondo), which takes a worrying turn. Elizabeth is burdened with delivering bad news which could involve Lucas' boyfriend Marco. Lulu gives her son Rocco (Finn Carr) a stern warning, and Danny Morgan (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) reveals that his father Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is in danger and he believes Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is the only one who can help. 

GH spoilers divulge that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) advises Jason to be careful with his next move. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is against the clock to see Jason before he's sent to Steinmauer. Sidwell (Carlo Rota) confides in Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) reaches out to Rick (Rick Hearst) for help. 

Spoilers for General Hospital suggest Sonny gets a visit from Justine Turner (Nazanin Contractor). Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) remains cautious due to Tracy Quartermaine's (Jane Elliot) comments.
