I’ve come to realize that unhealed scars don’t just stay hidden — they mirror themselves. In the
people I’m drawn to. In the relationships I hold onto. In the spaces I feel comfortable in. And if
I’m not aware, I can start seeking others to fill places only healing was meant to restore. This
isn’t about pushing people away… it’s about recognizing where I’m still being led by what hurt
me instead of what’s healing me.
