Today on the show we talk with Steph Lyons a postpartum expert about the myths and the harmful information out there surrounding postpartum recovery and expectations for new moms.

She also teaches us how to start a postpartum self-care routine whether you've just had a baby or  it's been years since you gave birth. Steph discusses diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the unrealistic expectations we place on our bodies as moms.

If you've found yourself living with "normal" post baby issues and just chalking it up to the price of having kids, I want to offer there is another way we can approach our healing from bringing babies into the world.

I love how Steph highlights when it comes to your body, you are the expert. And you have every right to question the information out there.

Not sure if you are still struggling with postpartum issues or not? Listen in, become empowered, and debunk the lies and myths we have been told for far too long.
