I created this 20 minute somatic awareness meditation to help awaken your mind and body on a deeper level.  I love somatic meditations and have been exploring how I can incorporate this much more in my work for you to benefit from.

In this guided meditation you'll feel into temperature, weight, vibration and energy flow in each area,  helping you to move out of your mind and into your body 

The practice closes with a moment of gratitude at the heart, and a wider opening into the privilege of being alive, the kind of perspective that can shift your experience of reality.
