Schatz: Market to New All-Time Highs by July 4

Paul Schatz expected a bigger market pullback yesterday to put a bottom in, and since we didn’t see it, thinks we still need one “final whoosh” lower with more fear in the market. The downturn has lasted longer than he expected, but he still expects new all-time highs by July 4. “You cannot invest based on geopolitics,” he stresses, “it doesn’t work.” Instead, he explains how he’s managing portfolios right now.
