Description

The Penn State Nittany Lions Football team opened spring practice on Tuesday morning, followed by head coach Matt Campbell addressing the media for the first time during spring football. Today on the BWI Live Show, we’re discussing what Campbell said and previewing spring football for fans. We’ll also be opening the mailbag for fans to ask questions on the show!

Join us live for a special 2 pm show! As a programming note, the times of the BWI Live show will change for spring football and going forward, now that Penn State practices in the morning. The Wednesday BWI Live Show will air at 10 a.m., but Thursday will also be at 2 pm, following our view of open practice that morning.

As always, the best way to stay up to date with the show is to subscribe to the Blue White Illustrated YouTube Channel and enable notifications. That way, you’ll receive an alert when we go live so you know when to tune in during this transition!

Matt Campbell Opens Penn State Spring Football

We’ll dive right in on today’s show and discuss what Campbell had to say during his 30-minute press conference. As always, we’ll highlight the most significant comments from Campbell during our “Between The Lines” segment, where we dive into the specifics of what he said in his media answers. Reporters Sean Fitz and Nate Bauer were at today’s press conference and will discuss what they thought was interesting from Campbell’s remarks. Those topics include

* Zion Tracy getting a huge compliment

* Nutrition being a big part of the team’s focus

* Why they practice in the mornings instead of the afternoon

We’ll also discuss other comments he made during the event, but we’ll play those comments from the press conference back for fans.
