Four divers were rescued off the NSW coast near Wollongong after their boat became stranded on rocks at Five Islands off Port Kembla just before midday. Local boaties raised the alarm when they spotted the vessel high and dry, prompting a rescue operation that saw one diver pulled from the water while two others and the skipper climbed aboard the rescue boat. The stranded vessel later refloated on the rising tide and was safely returned to the harbour.
