Episode Details

Big 12 powerhouses face uncharted waters—just three teams remain standing after a season of dominance. Can Arizona, Houston, or Iowa State carry the conference’s torch to the Final Four? Parker Ainsworth and Leif Thulin dissect Arizona’s gritty win over Utah State, Houston’s commanding tournament play, and whether John Calipari’s Arkansas or Illinois pose a true Sweet 16 threat. Concerns about roster construction, late-game execution, and how NIL-fueled recruiting is reshaping the college basketball landscape drive the debate.

The hosts assess Bill Self’s future at Kansas after another early exit, explore the decline of Cinderella stories amid transfer portal changes, and spotlight the impact of major injuries on the Big 12’s bracket performance. With high-powered clashes, strategy shifts, and the march toward the Elite Eight, Parker Ainsworth and Leif Thulin preview which teams are built for a deep run—and which might be left behind.
