En: Mateja, a curious woman in her mid-thirties, was, as usual, near the market where she worked in a bookstore.

En: Slowly, she approached the package.
Sl: "Kaj je to?" je pomislila.
En: "What is this?" she thought.
En: "Who would leave something like this behind?"
En: She decided she had to get to the bottom of it.
En: Gregor, a gentle man in his forties, was also a frequent visitor to the market.
En: His passion for local history and antiques was well known.
Sl: Skrival je skrivni hobi - reševanje lokalnih ugank.
En: He had a secret hobby – solving local mysteries.
En: When he noticed Mateja drawn to the package, he decided to approach.
En: "Mateja," he said with a smile, "hold on, I see something has caught your interest."
Sl: Mateja mu je pokazala paket in delila svoje skrbne misli.
En: Mateja showed him the package and shared her worried thoughts.
En: After a brief consideration, they decided to investigate together.
En: Gregor's experience with city landmarks could be very useful.
Sl: Skupaj sta odprla paket.
En: Together, they opened the package.

En: Inside, they found cryptic clues and unfamiliar symbols.
