General Hospital spoilers reveal unexpected revelations surrounding Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). The ABC soap opera seemed to hint at a potential secret twin twist, which could alter the current narrative and answer lingering questions about Nathan's character. 

GH spoilers divulge that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) visited Britt Westbourne at Bobby's Diner, where Britt revealed a significant detail about her father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). She mentioned Faison had four children, leaving fans to speculate about the identity of the fourth child. The known children are Britt, Nathan, and Peter August (Wes Ramsey), leaving one unaccounted for. 

Spoilers for General Hospital suggest that his revelation, coupled with Britt's strange reaction to Nathan's supposed resurrection, has led fans to suspect that the Nathan we see might not be Nathan at all, but his secret twin. The theory is further supported by his unfamiliarity with police procedure and his lack of connection with his supposed best friend, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). 

More GH spoilers give another clue pointing towards the secret twin theory is the absence of a scar on Nathan's chest, which should have been there due to a gunshot wound inflicted by his father, Faison. Fans are now speculating that this unscarred Nathan is actually the fourth child that Britt mentioned, and he might have been studying Nathan's life all this while to fit into Port Charles seamlessly.
