Description
Turn the page of one of our favorites! Based in Alaska, Finley the Moose dreams of riding the train. The conductor won't let him though, because the rules say "No wild animals allowed". Finley doesn't give up on his dream though and his actions convince the conductor that some rules are okay to change.
