Sl: Matej je sedel na okenski polici svoje sobe v psihiatrični bolnišnici.
En: Matej sat on the windowsill of his room in the psychiatric hospital.
Sl: Zunaj je bilo pomladno jutro, sonce je pobožalo drevje, ki se je prebujalo v novi pomladi.
En: Outside, it was a spring morning, with the sun gently touching the trees awakening with the new spring.
Sl: Čez nekaj dni se bo pričel praznik cvetja, festival, ki ga ljubi od otroštva.
En: In a few days, the flower festival, a celebration he has loved since childhood, will begin.
Sl: Prav na ta festival se želí podati.
En: It is precisely to this festival that he desires to go.
Sl: Matej je bil umetnik.
En: Matej was an artist.
