Thomas Ian Nicholas on American Pie, Music & Touring the UK 

On this episode of The MarshyCast, I’m joined by actor and musician Thomas Ian Nicholas, best known for his role in the American Pie films, but now also touring the UK with his band. 

We talk about his music career, what fans can expect from a full TIN Band show compared to a more stripped-back acoustic performance, and how his audience has evolved over time. 

Thomas reflects on whether people still come to see him as “the guy from American Pie”, or whether his music has taken on a life of its own. We also discuss his relationship with the film that made his name, and whether he leans into the nostalgia that comes with it.
