Episode Details

What happens when a masked killer picks the worst possible house to invade… and the homeowner refuses to go quietly? 😈

In this episode of Straitjacket Talk, Kevin, Nathan, and Gill dive into the 2016 horror thriller Hush directed by Mike Flanagan. With a $1 million budget, one house, and a handful of actors, this home invasion movie somehow delivers maximum tension, brutal kills, and one seriously badass final girl.

We break down everything from the terrifying mask reveal, the cat-and-mouse mind games, and why the killer might actually be scarier without the mask. We also debate whether this film is a masterclass in tension… or proof that you should never trust someone pretending to be a cop with a flashlight.

Just remember…

If someone shows up claiming to be a cop without a uniform, badge, or gun… maybe don’t hand them your phone.
