Ivan Calderon, a Puerto Rican outfielder, was born in 1962 and played for the White Sox, Seattle Mariners, and Montreal Expos. He had a career-best year in 1987, hitting 28 home runs and driving in 83 runs. Calderon was traded to Montreal in 1991, but tragically, he was murdered in 2003. Ken Harrelson, a former player and GM, broke his leg in 1970 and retired from playing. Harry Chappas, a shortstop, was featured on the Sports Illustrated cover in 1979 and had a brief career. In 2010, Ozzie Guillens son Oney left his minor league job after posting negative tweets about the team.
