Significant rise in eviction notices in the last three months of 2025

Description
Eviction notices issued by landlords rose by 41% in the last three months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024 according to the Residential Tenancies Board. This was ahead of the State’s new rental rules coming into effect on the first of this month.
