Mike Miedler and Odeta Kushi discuss the housing market and the latest Pending Home Sales report. “People really feel like demand is coming back into the market,” Mike says, adding that “we are up every single week” in sales year-over-year – excepting the spate of blizzards. “We’re getting this more normalized spring selling season.” Odeta sees “fragile green shoots” on the demand side and notes affordability gains have been “broad-based” as wage growth rises.
