On this episode, we had the man, the myth, Johannes Motschmann back on the pod! Johannes is deep in marathon training right now, primarily based at home in Germany.
He decided to keep his Spring pretty local, staying in his hometown and planning all of his races in Germany. He plans to race Berlin Half soon and then race the German Marathon Championships in Hannover after. We talked about goals for Berlin and Hannover and also how training is going.
We also chatted about his new Adidas contract, his favorite Adidas shoes, and how he likes to pace a marathon. Enjoy!
