Yesterday we had the news that food prices rose 4.5% in the year to February, and that was before the Iran war started. Foodstuffs boss Chris Quinn told Morning Report that oil spikes will spill over to food prices.The watchdog for the sector, Grocery Commissioner Pierre van Heerden spoke to Guyon Espiner.
