Today, the Safari heads back to New England to spend some time with Dani Poirier, the curator of birds and training at Southwick's Zoo in Massachusetts!  We talk a lot about birds, bird conservation, and, of course, bird poop! Dani brings an incredible passion and energy to the podcast, and I'm so grateful for her taking the time to do this interview despite being in the final planning stages of her wedding!
